This month on our cocktail how-to, we're featuring our Apricot Bourbon Sour. This cocktail is made with Eagle Rare Bourbon, house-made honey syrup, freshly squeezed lemon sour, and a scoop of apricot jam: served on the rocks with a salted caramel honey stick. If you're feeling full after dinner but still want to top of your evening with something sweet, we have the perfect nightcap for you: the Tiramisutini. On this month's rendition of Drink How To's, bartender Kayla is showing us how to make one of our signature dessert cocktails. Made with Absolut Vanilla, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, Creme de Cacao, cream, chocolate syrup, and a shot of espresso, our Tiramisutini is the perfect twist on a classic dessert.
Today we're hanging out with bartender Kayla as she shows us how to make one of our specialty cocktails: The Blackberry Sidecar. Courvoisier and Cointreau shaken along with freshly muddled blackberries, a splash of simple syrup, and a house made lemon sour are what makes this drink delicious!

Happy Thursday! Today's Post is from the Kitchen - Did you know we prep from 10 AM until we open everyday, so that we can bring you the amazing signature dishes you love? Check out the video below to see more behind the scenes at the Ruth's Chris Rogers kitchen! How long do our signature sides take to make? Chef Neil: From start to finish, the creamed spinach takes about 2 and a half hours, the mashed potatoes take about 1 and a half, and the sautéed mushrooms about 1 hour. It's a pretty intensive process. What is one of our featured entrees that has an extensive prep? Chef Neil: The Seabass is a pretty difficult one. It has a base of fresh roasted tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and onions that are sautéed with garlic butter. The seabass is pan roasted for about 12 minutes with salt and butter, and then citrus thyme butter is melted on top. The butter itself is a complicated mixture, but we can't reveal all of our secrets! The sin cake is a classic dessert that we get asked about regularly - what's the cooking process for that look like? Chef Neil: The sin cake is actually a really simple recipe, that hinges on perfect proportions of ingredients. It's a simple cake of espresso, milk chocolate and cream, that is baked, and then completely covered in a thick layer of chocolate ganache, before being left to chill. When it's ordered, we flambé the ganache, to give it that awesome shine.
